Surprise Birthday Party for Margie

Timmy and Vicky held a surprise birthday party for Margie today. I don't know how they accomplished it with such a short time schedule, but they did a marvelous job. We parked our cars at Timmy's house, and he shuttled us to mom and dad's, while dad made some excuse for her to go with him to town. Everyone hurried to their house, while Amanda put up the decorations. Then we all hid and quietly waited inside, cameras, poppers and confetti ready when they opened the door. Shhhhh...here they come. Surprise! Happy Birthday Margie!
Margie's totally surprised. When the poppers went off poor little Maggie struggled, scratched, jumped from Margie's arms and bolted out the door with Tim in pursuit trying to catch her.
Tim finally caught her and brought the trembling Maggie into the house.
Lots of laughs and fun, and some settle in to watch Mark and Laurie's wonderful movies of their recent trip to Costa Rica.
His camera takes beautiful movies.
I captured this picture of the beach from his movie on tv.
We all brought pot luck and Vicky made some delicious cakes.
